Roger Ver is nearing a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice over tax fraud charges. He may pay approximately 48 million USD for unpaid taxes on capital gains from Bitcoin sales.
A hearing on this matter is scheduled for December 15, 2025, pending federal judge approval. Roger Stone is helping Ver work towards a resolution in this case.
