SGN invests nearly 250 billion VND to establish a project company at Long Thanh Airport

Saigon Ground Services Joint Stock Company (MCK: SGN) has announced the establishment of Saigon Ground Services Limited Company – Long Thanh with a charter capital of 333 billion VND. SGN will contribute nearly 250 billion VND, accounting for 75% of the capital, and appoint two representatives for management. Mr. Nguyen Cao Cuong will serve as the Chairman of the Members’ Council with a contribution of 166.5 billion VND, while Mr. Hua Kien Trung represents 83.25 billion VND. SGN also appoints Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoa as the legal representative and CEO of the new company. SGN’s extraordinary general meeting has approved the establishment of this entity to implement the investment project for repair and maintenance services at Long Thanh International Airport, where SGN holds 75% of the capital and HGS holds 25%. The project includes two packages on an area of over 7,000 m2, with a total investment value of approximately 781 billion VND, a timeline of 18 months, and a duration of 24 years 8 months.
