‘Shark’ Pyn Elite Fund increases ownership in Yeah1 to over 7%

Yeah1 Group (stock code: YEG) announced that Pyn Elite Fund has increased its ownership of YEG shares from 6.91% to 7.43% by purchasing 1 million shares in the trading session on July 24, 2024. YEG shares are currently trading around 13,600 VND, with Pyn Elite Fund estimated to spend approximately 13.6 billion VND for this transaction. According to its Q2 2025 financial report, Yeah1 recorded a net revenue of over 455.7 billion VND, up 116.3% year-on-year, with a gross profit of nearly 55 billion VND, up 225.4%. Financial revenue decreased by 87.3%, and the net profit reached nearly 33.3 billion VND, 3.5 times higher than the previous year. For the first six months of 2025, Yeah1’s revenue was nearly 673.5 billion VND, with a net profit of nearly 56.6 billion VND. As of June 30, 2025, Yeah1’s total assets increased to over 2,684.5 billion VND, while total liabilities decreased by 42.3% to nearly 584.3 billion VND.
