On September 2nd, Sharps Technology (NASDAQ: STSS) confirmed its first acquisition of Solana (SOL). The company now holds more than 2 million SOL tokens, reflecting a total value exceeding 400 million USD.
The acquisition is strategically aligned with Sharps Technology’s digital asset treasury strategy and has been funded via a recent PIPE equity financing.
