SHS: April 24, 2025, ex-dividend date for 2024 dividend payment (1,000 VND/share), 2023 dividend payment in shares (rate 100:5), increase capital from equity (rate 100:5)

Saigon – Hanoi Securities Joint Stock Company (SHS) announced the ex-dividend date to pay dividends for the financial year 2024 at 1,000 VND/share. For the year 2023, SHS will pay dividends in shares with a ratio of 100:5, meaning shareholders will receive 5 additional shares for every 100 shares owned. Additionally, the company will increase its charter capital from equity with the same ratio of 100:5.
