Saigon – Hanoi Securities Corporation (SHS) announced a 10% cash dividend for 2024, allowing shareholders to receive 1,000 VND per share owned. The cut-off date for the dividend is April 25, 2025, with payment expected on August 25, 2025. SHS estimates it will need nearly 813.2 billion VND for this dividend payout based on approximately 813.2 million shares outstanding. T&T Group will receive around 45.5 billion VND from its holdings of over 45.5 million shares, and Chairman Do Quang Vinh will receive about 12.5 billion VND from his 12.5 million shares. SHS has also approved the issuance of approximately 40.7 million shares to pay dividends for 2023 at a 100:5 ratio and has decided to halt the public offering of shares previously planned, in order to maximize shareholders’ interests.
