During the meeting, shareholders approved several important resolutions, including the business results for 2024 and the development plan for 2025. The company reported a revenue of 200 billion VND, an increase of 15% compared to the previous year. After-tax profit reached 25 billion VND, a 10% increase. The dividend will be distributed to shareholders by the end of the second quarter of 2025 at a rate of 10%. The meeting also discussed strategies for market expansion and investment in new technologies to enhance competitiveness. Shareholders unanimously agreed to add several new members to the Board of Directors to meet development demands. The date for the next meeting was set for April 2026.
