Brera Holdings has officially changed its name to Solmate. This rebranding marks a new chapter for the firm as it launches into a substantial funding round.
Solmate has successfully raised 300 million USD in private equity funding, with significant contributions from prominent investors such as Solana Foundation and Ark Invest.
Marco Santori, former Chief Legal Officer at Kraken, is leading Solmate as CEO. The company plans to acquire Solana (SOL) at a discount and aims to dual-list on both Nasdaq and in the UAE.
