Solidity to develop into two separate versions: Classic Solidity and Core Solidity

Classic Solidity is currently at version 0.80.30 but is considered unstable. Core Solidity, which is in prototype, introduces generics and first-class functions.

The Solidity team plans a gradual transition, ensuring user-friendliness and aiming for a stable Core Solidity by the time of its release.
