South Korean media reports that Binance partially froze crypto assets related to Upbit hack

Binance froze only 80 million Korean won, representing around 17% of the total requested assets, 15 hours after the police’s initial request.

When asked why the compliance was partial and delayed, Binance stated that they cannot disclose details about ongoing investigations but will continue to work with authorities.
