Spanish ACS Group and BlackRock’s GIP approach $26.8 billion agreement for data center development

ACS Group is nearing a deal with BlackRock for a substantial data center project valued at $26.8 billion, which includes a 50% stake acquisition by GIP in ACS’s Digital & Energy division.

This partnership aims to enhance the valuation of ACS’s data center unit significantly, potentially reaching €5 billion by 2030, in response to the increasing demand for AI computing.
