Stock Company Director Resigns Due to High Blood Pressure

CTCP Vinacomin Water Transport (WTC) announced the resignation of Mr. Pham The Trong Toan as Director due to high blood pressure impacting his work. Mr. Toan, born in 1977, held the director position from October 21, 2022. The Board of Directors has convened and relieved him of his duties, appointing Deputy Director Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong to take over starting March 6, 2025. Vinacomin, established in 2007 with a charter capital of 100 billion VND, engages in inland waterway goods transport and vehicle maintenance. WTC’s shares have been traded on UPCOM since July 2010. In 2023, total revenue was nearly 1,092 billion VND, down 66% from the previous year, with a net profit of over 16 billion VND, down 61%. WTC will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting on April 16, 2025, with the shareholder list to be finalized on March 31. WTC shares closed at 11,700 VND on March 10.
