Chairman of DFF Group, Mr. Le Duy Hung, has been forced to sell over 14.7 million DFF shares in 3 trading sessions, cutting his ownership from 42.16% to 23.73%. His shares decreased from over 33.7 million to nearly 19 million. During these 3 days, the average trading price was about 1,567 VND/share, resulting in a loss of more than 23 billion VND. Additionally, his brother also had to sell 780,000 shares, leaving him with no shares. Since the start of the year, Mr. Hung has sold over 18.7 million shares, equivalent to over 23% of his stake. The DFF shares are currently at a low of 1,300 VND/share, down 24% since the beginning of the year and more than 50% over the past year, attributed to poor business results. In Q2/2025, DFF reported a loss of over 203 billion VND, with cumulative losses reaching 882 billion VND, primarily due to difficulties in the real estate sector.
