Vuong holds 18% of Vingroup’s capital and has a significant amount of VinFast shares. In contrast, President Donald Trump currently ranks 712th with $4.8 billion, down due to declines in his company’s shares. Forbes notes that Vietnam now has 5 billionaires, with Vuong leading at $7 billion.
