Strategy has recently expanded its STRC securities offering to 4.2 billion USD, initially launching with a capital raise of 500 million USD. The firm acquired over 21,000 BTC through funds raised soon after the STRC debut.
Despite the expansion, Strategy faces ongoing class action lawsuits, with claims of misrepresentation regarding Bitcoin volatility risks. The co-founder, Michael Saylor, defends the company’s approach, asserting it is underestimated and relies on innovative technology.
