Khai Hoan Land JSC (KHG) recently announced its consolidated financial report for Q2 2025, showing impressive revenue growth of 62% and a 25% increase in profit, reaching 146 billion and 21 billion VND. As of June 30, 2025, total revenue reached 247 billion, with profit at 36 billion, achieving 70% and 55% of yearly targets. The company’s total assets reached over 6.8 trillion VND, with short-term financial debt at 528 billion and cash reduced by 43%. KHG has shifted significantly towards the real estate brokerage segment, contributing over 126 billion VND in revenue, while revenue from property sales contracts decreased to below 20 billion. The company is also strengthening partnerships with major investors like Vinhomes, distributing the exclusive project The Manhattan Glory at Vinhomes Grand Park, a 271-hectare project with an investment of nearly 1 billion USD. Khai Hoan Land currently owns more than 1,000 hectares for long-term development of projects in the next 10 years.
