Strive, Inc. Announced an all-stock acquisition of Semler Scientific, officially signing the agreement on September 22nd. They purchased 5,816 Bitcoins for an average of 116,047 USD, totaling 675 million USD, enhancing their Bitcoin portfolio.
Post-acquisition, Strive will hold 5,886 Bitcoins and intends to monetize Semler’s diagnostics business with a focus on preventive health. The management team will remain stable, with Eric Semler joining the board.
