Dat Xanh Group (DXG) announced its Q2/2025 financial report with a consolidated revenue of 1.046 trillion VND, a slight decrease of 7% year-on-year, mainly due to lower sales of apartments and land lots. For the first half of the year, total revenue reached 1.971 trillion VND (down 10%), but net profit increased by 107% to 355 billion VND. Dat Xanh has fulfilled 28% of its revenue target and 37% of its net profit target for the year 2025. The company owns 5 large projects and has prepared a product supply of 15,000 units for 2025-2027. Especially, The Privé project, previously dormant for 6 years, recorded 3,000 bookings.
