Thái Sơn Construction Investment Corporation intends to invest 886.5 billion VND in the Quang Hanh golf course in Cẩm Phả, Quang Ninh, covering 100.6 hectares. The project will feature 18 main holes and 3 proposed holes and is set to last 24 months. Investment components include the golf course, staff houses, auxiliary facilities, and roads. The provincial People’s Committee approved the investment in May and requested the conversion of 101 hectares of forest for this purpose. Thái Sơn highlights golf’s health benefits, promoting relaxation and business connections. Quang Ninh currently has 3 operating golf courses, with plans for 16 more, such as An Biên and others. Thái Sơn, a member of Vinhomes established in 2007, manages significant projects for the Vinhomes brand.
