Sunshine Homes Executive Shake-up: Another Board Member Resigns, 2025 Profit Expected to Drop by 40%, HNX Listing Plan Canceled

On March 21, 2025, Sunshine Homes JSC (UPCoM: SSH) announced the resignation of board member Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh effective April 12, 2025, to facilitate the election of new board members. Simultaneously, Chairman Do Anh Tuan and CEO Do Thi Dinh also resigned. SSH appointed Nguyen Xuan Anh as Chairman and Jun Sungbae as CEO. The Annual General Meeting on April 12 will reveal SSH’s plans for a 40% profit decrease in 2025, resulting in only 500 billion VND. The company has also decided to cancel its plans for HNX listing and ESOP issuance due to unfavorable market conditions. Although projected revenue is expected to rise by 19% to 4,000 billion VND, SSH’s strategy focuses on restructuring and enhancing product value.
