On May 23rd, Novaland announced the appointment of Cao Trần Duy Nam, the Deputy General Director, as the legal representative effective May 22, 2025. This decision was made based on the Board of Directors’ Resolution dated May 16, 2025. Currently, the company has three legal representatives: Chairman Bùi Thành Nhơn, CEO Dương Văn Bắc, and Deputy CEO Cao Trần Duy Nam. Mr. Nam has been with Novaland since 2013, previously serving as the Director of Supply. In Q1 2025, Novaland reported over 1.778 trillion VND in revenue, a 2.5-fold increase year-over-year. Revenue from property transfers reached 1.634 trillion VND, increasing 3.3 times due to several project completions. However, due to high financial costs and a loss of 262 billion VND, the company posted a net loss of 443 billion VND. NVL shares are priced at 12,850 VND each, up 58% since early April.
