Surprising selling prices of social housing invested by Vingroup in Quang Tri

The Department of Construction of Quang Tri has announced 142 social housing units at the Nam Dong Ha Urban Area with selling prices ranging from 8.3 to 12.4 million VND/m2. This price is lower than the average in many other localities, which ranges from 13 to 18 million VND/m2, making it more accessible for low-income individuals. The project covers an area of 13.69 ha, with 11,547 m2 dedicated to social housing, and each unit has a maximum area of 70 m2. The application period for purchasing and renting will take place from November 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. The project plays a crucial role in providing housing for workers and low-income people, contributing to the urbanization progress of Dong Ha during the 2025-2030 period. This is part of Vingroup’s strategy to develop 500,000 social housing units by 2030.
