Suspect No. 2 arrested in Bitcoin kidnapping case

William Duplessie, believed to be an associate of John Woeltz, has been taken into custody for allegedly participating in the kidnapping case. Woeltz had kidnapped a victim for his Bitcoin password, which led to a 17-day captivity involving severe torture.

New evidence presented to the court includes disturbing photographs of the victim. Despite attempts by Duplessie’s legal team to request bail, it was denied due to concerns over potential flight, given the resources available to him and Woeltz.
