On October 5, 2023, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa submitted her resignation from the position of member of the Supervisory Board (BKS) of SZC Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company. The reason cited for her resignation was personal reasons, allowing her to focus on other financial projects. The company announced the approval of her resignation decision in a recent Board of Directors’ meeting. Ms. Hoa has made positive contributions to the BKS during her tenure; however, according to regulations, the company needs to follow a process to replace the new BKS member to ensure ongoing and effective internal control activities.
