Tan Thanh Do Group has registered to purchase 3 million shares of City Auto (CTF) to increase its ownership from 15.21% to 18.35%. The transaction is set to occur from August 28 to September 26, 2025. Previously, they successfully acquired 6.5 million shares, raising their stake from 8.42% to 15.21%. Pham Anh Hung, Chairman of Tan Thanh Do and related to City Auto, holds over 3.9 million shares of CTF. In Q2 2025, City Auto reported a revenue of 2,084.8 billion VND and a net profit of nearly 3.5 billion VND. For the first six months of 2025, revenue totaled 4,095.3 billion VND, with profit down 31.2% year-on-year. As of June 30, 2025, City Auto’s total assets increased by 5.7%, with total liabilities nearing 3,011.1 billion VND.
