Tariffs push Adidas to raise prices on its U.S. Products

Adidas announced a price hike on all U.S. Products due to tariffs, highlighting uncertainty about the exact increase. The firm is unable to produce products domestically, relying on factories in countries affected by high tariffs.

Several brands, including Shein and Ford, are also raising prices. The overall increase in tariffs is impacting the market, with economists noting that these changes could lead to inflation.

CEO Bjorn Gulden stated that the inability to produce in the U.S. Will lead to higher costs across products. Despite potential increases in profits, Adidas’ outlook remains cautious due to tariff impacts.
