Taseco Airs Annual General Meeting: Q1 Profit Up Nearly 40%, Cash Dividend for 2025 Ranges from 35 – 40%

On April 21, 2025, Taseco Airs held its annual general meeting with 84% of voting shares present. In 2024, the company reported a revenue of 1.33 trillion VND, up 20.9%, and a pre-tax profit of 256.1 billion VND, up 44.2%. The dividend rate for 2024 was set at 30%, with a 15% interim payment made in December 2024. For 2025, Taseco Airs targets a revenue of 1.6 trillion VND and a pre-tax profit of 300 billion VND, with a dividend rate projected at 35-40%. In Q1 2025, revenue was 400 billion VND and profit was 88 billion VND, marking increases of 17.9% and 39.7% respectively. Domestic passenger traffic was at 96% of last year, but international passengers grew by 13%. Taseco Airs has established 19 business points at T3 Tan Son Nhat Airport and is shifting to a revenue-sharing payment model. The chairman is confident in maintaining high dividend payouts in the future.
