Taseco Land has invested nearly 6.5 trillion VND in two urban projects in Bac Ninh, receiving investment registration certificates at a recent investment promotion conference. The first project, located in Huong Mac and Phu Khe wards, spans 30.47 hectares with an investment of over 2.5 trillion VND, aiming to serve 7,300 residents. The second project in Tam Son and Dong Ky wards covers 62.57 hectares with an investment of approximately 3.964 trillion VND, intended for 5,178 people. Both projects are planned to be modern and are situated in an area with rapidly developing transport infrastructure, enhancing connectivity with Hanoi. In addition to Taseco Land, other major corporations such as Vingroup and Sun Group have also received investment decisions in Bac Ninh, indicating the province’s attractiveness for real estate and urban development investment.
