On October 15, 2023, the Board of Directors (BOD) of TCB bank officially approved the decision to change the location and name of the Ecopark branch. Specifically, the branch will be relocated from its old site in the Ecopark urban area to a new location to better serve customer needs. In addition, the branch will also be renamed to align with the bank’s development direction moving forward.
This change is considered part of TCB’s strategy to expand and improve service quality, helping the bank quickly capture market and customer needs. The BOD assures that the renaming and relocation will not interrupt the financial services currently provided by the branch. Instead, it will offer better services with a modern, comfortable, and more customer-friendly environment.
