The Board of Directors of Techcombank (TCB) has decided to distribute cash dividends for the year 2024 at a rate of 10%, equivalent to 1,000 VND per share. The deadline for registration to exercise this right is October 1, 2025, with payments expected on October 22, 2025. The total payment amounts to 7.086 trillion VND and comes from undistributed profits after reserves as of December 31, 2024. The bank is confident in maintaining its dividend policy while achieving stable growth, ensuring a Tier 1 capital ratio of 14-15%. TCB shares have risen by 58% since the beginning of the year, closing at 39,000 VND per share, with a market capitalization exceeding 276 trillion VND. Other banks, such as MSB and Kienlongbank, have also announced plans for high stock dividends.
