Tenerife government to sell 97 Bitcoins acquired in 2012, expecting 1,000 times profit

The Tenerife government intends to sell 97 Bitcoins purchased in 2012, initially for €10,000.

These Bitcoins are now estimated to be worth approximately 10 million USD, reflecting a 1,000-fold increase.

Discussions are ongoing with a certified financial institution for the sale, after previous attempts were hindered by regulations.
