According to Bloomberg’s report on September 17th, Tether is aiming to replicate its international success in the US. The newly announced USAT token, in partnership with Cantor Fitzgerald LP, will target the US market.
Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino highlighted their established distribution network over the past 11 years as a competitive advantage, stating they don’t need an IPO since they generated 13.7 billion USD in profits last year and have already invested 5 billion USD in the US market.
