Tether, the leading stablecoin provider, has minted $1 billion USDT on the TRON blockchain as of January 29. This transaction was fee-free, highlighting TRON’s rising acceptance for stablecoin transactions.
According to CEO Paolo Ardoino, the minted USDT is kept as inventory for future needs. The total supply of USDT now stands at $139.4 billion, with most of it allocated on Ethereum and TRON.
