ThaiBev, a major company from Thailand, reported its fiscal year 2025 results with revenues of 333.3 billion baht (approximately 283.305 trillion VND), a 2% decrease, and a 12% drop in profit to 31.2 billion baht (approximately 26.520 trillion VND). Regarding Vinamilk, ThaiBev received dividends of 1.37 billion baht (about 1.150 trillion VND) for fiscal year 2025 from its 14.2% stake, lower than the 2.32 billion baht (about 1.943 trillion VND) received the previous year. In total, over the last two years, ThaiBev has earned approximately 3.093 trillion VND from Vinamilk. Additionally, ThaiBev earned 2.11 billion baht (about 1.761 trillion VND) from Vinamilk in 2025, less than the 2.59 billion baht from the previous year. The company has increased its stake in Vinamilk to 24.99% in December 2025. ThaiBev’s revenue in Vietnam declined by 14%, with the beer sector generating 123.2 billion baht (about 104.720 trillion VND), but the revenue drop in Vietnam led to an overall decline in company revenues.
