Masan Consumer Corporation is set to issue a 22.5% bonus share, which means shareholders will receive 225 new shares for every 1,000 existing shares. Approximately 237.8 million additional shares will be issued, raising the total charter capital to nearly 13 trillion VND. The funding will come from undistributed profits of about 3.835 trillion VND. Previously, Masan Consumer filed for listing 1.067 billion shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, aiming to enter the VN30 index by July 2026. Currently, MCH shares are traded at 217,100 VND/share, a 54% increase since late October. However, in Q3 2025, the company’s net revenue fell 6% to 7.516 trillion VND, and after-tax profit decreased by 19%. For the first nine months of the year, Masan Consumer reported net revenue of 21.281 trillion VND, down 3%, and after-tax profit of 4.660 trillion VND, a decrease of 16%.
