The entire Supervisory Board of TNT Group has resigned, including Chairman Nguyen Van Giap and two members. The resignation will take effect after the annual general meeting in 2025, with reasons cited as “personal reasons.” Previously, the Board of Directors also dismissed Deputy General Director Dinh Quoc Hoang. TNT, originally established with 3.6 billion VND in capital, has now increased to 510 billion VND and is specialized in real estate. However, the company’s business is facing difficulties, recording a loss of 4 billion VND in Q4 2024, while it earned 11.5 billion VND in the same period last year. The reasons for the loss include declining revenue, unsuccessful investments, and fierce competition. It is projected that TNT’s net profit in 2024 will only reach 364 million VND, a 98% decrease from 2023, marking the lowest profit in over a decade. TNT’s stock price is currently at a low point, trading below 5,000 VND.
