The Largest Enterprises: Only Vinamilk and ACV Pay an Average Salary Over 30 Million/Month, Competing with Banks, Which Company Has an Income of 70.5 Million/Month?

Among the 50 largest listed companies in Vietnam, Vinamilk (31 million) and ACV (30.5 million) are the only firms outside the financial sector that pay an average salary over 30 million VND/month. The financial sector, particularly banks and securities, has set a higher salary standard with Techcombank Securities leading at 70.5 million VND/person/month. In fact, the average salary in the securities industry includes commissions from transactions and performance bonuses. SSI reported total expenditure of 672 billion VND for salaries and benefits, equivalent to 55 million VND/person/month. However, brokers’ revenue often does not reflect their actual profit. Meanwhile, VIX recorded an average of 24.4 million VND, a decrease of 1.21%. Salary figures illustrate a clear disparity between the financial industry and others, with the national average salary only reaching 7.7 million VND/month.
