The Largest Enterprises: Only Vinamilk and ACV Pay Average Salaries Over 30 Million/Month, Which Company Has Income of 70.5 Million/Month?

Among the 50 largest listed companies, only Vinamilk (31 million) and ACV (30.5 million) outside the financial sector pay average salaries over 30 million/month. The financial sector, especially banks, leads in income. Techcombank Securities reports an impressive average salary of 70.5 million/person/month, an 8.5% increase from last year. SSI did not reveal specific figures but reported an average payout of 55 million/person/month. VIX has the lowest average pay at 24.4 million, while ACB, Vietinbank, and Vietcombank exceed 38 million. Real estate companies like Vincom Retail and Vinhomes showed minimal salary growth, whereas Petrolimex and ACV experienced significant gains due to service sector recovery. Despite high average salaries, actual employee income is often lower due to disparities. According to the General Statistics Office, the nationwide average income in 2024 is only 7.7 million/month.
