The U.S. Stock market began sharply lower, with the Dow Jones down 0.9%, S&P 500 declining 1.2%, and Nasdaq dropping 1.7%. Noteworthy tech stocks like Nvidia and Tesla also saw declines, with drops of 2.6% and 1.9%, respectively.

CleanCore Solutions (ZONE) faced a staggering 58% decrease after revealing a 175 million USD private placement to establish a DOGE reserve. The company’s shares are now trading at 2.71 USD.
