According to information from the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange, Mr. Nguyễn Đức Anh – Chairman of the Board of Directors of DSC Securities (stock code: DSC) has registered to sell 21,302,828 shares from January 26, 2026, to February 13, 2026. He currently holds 85,409,766 shares, representing 31.06% of the company’s charter capital. Upon completion of the transaction, his ownership stake will decrease to 23.31%, equivalent to 64,106,938 shares. In addition, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Hà – Board Member also registered to sell 4,308,466 shares. The DSC stock is currently trading around 15,300-15,400 VND/share, and this transaction is estimated to be worth around 327 billion VND, with the total value of shares from both leaders nearing 400 billion VND. This move comes after DSC announced its Q4/2025 financial report, with total revenue reaching 695 billion VND, pre-tax profit increasing to 344 billion VND, and after-tax profit increasing by 56% over the previous year, reaching 275 billion VND.
