Thien Long Group (MCK: TLG) has completed the issuance of nearly 8.8 million shares as dividends for shareholders at a ratio of 10:1, meaning every 10 existing shares will receive an additional new share. The issuance ended on December 12, 2025, with a total value of nearly 87.8 billion VND sourced from undistributed after-tax profits. After this issuance, the number of Thien Long’s shares will increase from 87.8 million to over 96.5 million, raising the charter capital to nearly 965.3 billion VND. On the same day, the group also initiated the payment of a 10% cash dividend for 2025, amounting to 1,000 VND per share, expected to be paid on December 26, 2025, costing around 87.8 billion VND. In addition, the group announced that its largest shareholder, Thien Long An Thinh Investment Company, is negotiating with KOKUYO Group to transfer shares, and KOKUYO plans to conduct a public offer for 18.19% of TLG shares.
