In Phú Thọ, three listed companies valued at around 1,000 billion VND, namely LAS, HVT, and CVT, contribute to the local economy.
Lâm Thao Chemical and Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (LAS), specializing in fertilizer production, was established in 1962, with a charter capital of nearly 1,129 billion VND. Since 2020, LAS has recovered its profits, reaching 169 billion VND in 2024.
Vietnamese Chemical Corporation (HVT), operational since 1959, is the first enterprise to produce caustic soda and chlorine in Vietnam. With a charter capital of nearly 110 billion VND, HVT recorded a revenue of 1,451 billion VND and a profit of 85 billion VND in 2024.
CMC Joint Stock Company (CVT) produces construction materials and was founded in 1958, with a charter capital of nearly 367 billion VND. In 2024, CVT’s revenue reached 1,712 billion VND, with a post-tax profit of 60 billion VND, a 47% increase compared to the previous year.
