On July 25, Vietravel Corporation (VTR) will finalize its list of shareholders entitled to a 10% dividend for 2024, totaling around 29 billion VND. Ms. Nguyen Thuy Tien, the largest shareholder with 6 million shares, is set to receive 6 billion VND. The group led by Chairman Nguyen Quoc Ky, holding over 7.5 million shares, is expected to receive about 7.5 billion VND as well. Vietravel is offering nearly 28.7 million new shares at 12,000 VND each, aiming to raise 344 billion VND to pay off debts. The registration period for purchasing shares has been extended to August 8, 2025. Some executives have registered to buy more shares, while Thuy Tien and her related group have not yet taken action. In Q1 2025, Vietravel reported a revenue of 1.294 trillion VND, an 8% increase, but net profit fell nearly 53% to 5.9 billion VND. The stock price of VTR is currently 17,400 VND per share.
