TNG Receives Extension on Priority Enterprise Status, Declares Second Cash Dividend for 2025

TNG Corporation has received a decision from the Customs Department to extend its Priority Enterprise status for another three years, starting from July 6, 2025, under strict compliance with customs and tax laws. TNG is the only Vietnamese representative participating in the ASEAN Priority Enterprise assessment program, enhancing its international trade opportunities. The company’s Board of Directors has also approved a second cash dividend of 5% of par value, payable on November 21, 2025. Previously, TNG paid a first dividend of 5% in 2025, bringing the total for the year to 10%. In Q3 2025, TNG reported revenues of 5,711 billion VND, a 14.6% increase, and a net profit of 280 billion VND, a 16.6% increase year-on-year. The company targets 8,100 billion VND in revenues and 340 billion VND in net profit for the year, having achieved 70.5% of the revenue and 82.3% of the profit plans. Additionally, Vietnam and the US have announced a joint statement on trade, potentially reducing tariffs on several items including textiles.
