On November 11, FLC Group will hold its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. FLC plans to present the removal and additional election of members to its Board of Directors and Supervisory Board. Candidates include Mr. Trinh Van Nam, Ms. Do Thi Hai Yen, Ms. Phung Thi Thu Thao, and Ms. Tran Thi Doan. Additionally, FLC will report on its business results for the first half of the year and plans for 2026, along with decisions regarding the auditing firm for its financial statements.
This meeting is seen as a significant milestone in FLC’s restructuring process, especially in taking over Bamboo Airways. Furthermore, FLC is actively reviving its real estate segment with the Hausman Premium Residences project.
