In the first six months of 2025, many listed companies reported high profits, with the banking sector leading. Vietcombank recorded 21,894 billion VND, up 5%, maintaining the top spot. VietinBank saw a pre-tax profit of 18,920 billion VND, up 46%, becoming the highest-earning bank in Q2 with 12,097 billion VND. SeABank had an impressive growth rate of 81%. In the top 10 profit list, VEFAC ranked second with an astounding increase of 8,341% due to the transfer of the Vinhomes Global Gate project. VinHomes earned a pre-tax profit of 12,945 billion VND, down 5%, while Vingroup recorded 11,044 billion VND, a growth of 68%. PV Gas ranked 13th with 9,410 billion VND, Hoa Phat reported 8,812 billion VND in the 15th position. ACV earned 7,078 billion VND, Vietnam Airlines 6,683 billion VND, and FPT 6,166 billion VND, all showing growth compared to the same period.
