Backed by Trump’s associates, American Bitcoin has secured a deal for 16,299 Bitmain Antminer units, totaling approximately 314 million USD. This is part of their strategy to enhance Bitcoin mining capabilities amidst ongoing trade wars.
To combat trade tariffs affecting hardware supply, Bitmain intends to establish its first ASIC production plant in the USA by 2025, potentially reshaping the mining hardware landscape.
