The Board of Directors (BOD) of TVD Joint Stock Company has convened and approved a resolution regarding the organization of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Accordingly, the AGM is scheduled for April 2025, specifically on April 26.
The agenda will include approval of the 2024 financial statements, elections for new BOD members, and other matters related to the company’s business operations in the upcoming year. The BOD also stated that the company will send official invitations to all shareholders within the prescribed time frame and ensure transparency in all activities.
