Two debt trading companies become major shareholders at their ‘parent’ Bamboo Capital

Sài Gòn Debt Investment and Trading Company and Nam Sài Gòn Debt Trading Company have purchased nearly 12 million shares of BCG Energy (BGE), becoming major shareholders at Bamboo Capital. In Q1 2025, BCG Energy’s consolidated revenue reached 297 billion VND, down 7% year-on-year, with net profit plummeting by 92% to 4.4 billion VND. Additionally, BGE faced fines for late tax filings, totaling approximately 18 million VND.
