Two Sunshine stocks hit ceiling, Chairman Đỗ Anh Tuấn’s assets increase by nearly 3,400 billion in one day

On March 12, SSH stock of Sunshine Homes suddenly hit the ceiling at 80,800 VND/share, up 14.94%. Meanwhile, KSF stock of Sunshine Group also rose to 54,700 VND/share, an increase of 9.84%. This surge has boosted Chairman Đỗ Anh Tuấn’s assets by nearly 3,400 billion VND, bringing the total value to nearly 30,000 billion VND, owning 244 million SSH shares and 163 million KSF shares. Previously, both Đỗ Anh Tuấn and Đỗ Thị Định have resigned from several positions for personal reasons, with Tuấn stepping down as Chairman of Sunshine Homes. He continues to manage at Sunshine Group, which is executing a restructuring strategy, including the merger of Sunshine Homes into Sunshine Group and significant M&A deals.
